We act solely as a facilitator between users and astrologers. While we ensure a seamless user experience and genuine astrologers, we do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of any astrological predictions or outcomes.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information (e.g., date/time/place of birth) while placing orders or booking consultations.
- Incorrect information may affect the accuracy of predictions and is solely the user's responsibility.
- Misuse of the platform (e.g., false orders, abuse, or spam) will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- Astrosign is not liable for transaction failures or delays caused by incorrect details or third-party technical issues.
- Prices for consultations and reports are displayed transparently on the platform.
4. Restrictions
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using Astrosign for any unlawful, abusive, or misleading purpose.
- Harassing or spamming astrologers.
- Sharing unauthorised content, impersonating others, or disrupting platform operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Astrosign is not liable for:
- The accuracy of astrological predictions.
- Decisions or actions taken based on astrological advice.
- Delays caused by external factors (internet, payment gateways, etc.).
Terms of Use

Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. No Refund After Processing
Refunds will not be issued once a report or consultation has been assigned and entered the "processing" phase.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Orders already under processing cannot be cancelled.
- Approved refunds will be processed after necessary deductions.
3. Incorrect Data
Astrosign is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the user. Correction requests can be submitted within 1 hour of ordering.
4. Technical Issues
In case of duplicate charges or failed transactions, contact support with proof. Refunds for verified technical errors will be processed in full.
5. Deductions
All refunds (if applicable) are subject to:
- Transaction charges
- Processing fees
- Courier/shipping costs (for physical products)
6. Product Damage
Astrosign is not liable for product damage post-delivery. For transit damage, contact support within 24 hours with unboxing video and images.
Privacy Policy

Terms and Conditions for Astrologers
1. Eligibility & Onboarding
- Astrologers must have proven experience in Vedic astrology, KP, Nadi, Numerology, Palmistry, Tarot, or related disciplines.
- Submission of documents (ID, address proof, qualification/certification, photo) is mandatory.
- Selection is based on credibility, experience, communication skills, and customer reviews.
2. Code of Conduct
- Astrologers must maintain professionalism and avoid making false guarantees.
- Personal client data must be kept confidential and not used outside the platform.
- Prompt response, clarity in predictions, and polite communication are mandatory.
3. Service Delivery
- Assigned consultations must be completed within the allotted time.
- In case of delays or rescheduling, prior communication with Astrosign is essential.
- Reports should be detailed, customized, and remedy-based as per Vedic guidelines.
4. Revenue & Payouts
- Astrologers will receive payments based on completed consultations and delivered reports.
- Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first 7 working days of each month.
- All earnings are subject to quality verification and client satisfaction.
- Astrosign retains a pre-agreed platform commission on each order, deducted before payout.
- Payments are made via bank transfer or UPI, as per the astrologer's registered details.
5. Termination
Astrosign reserves the right to remove astrologers for:
- Misconduct or rude behavior
- Inaccurate or low-quality services
- Breach of client privacy or platform policies
- Inactivity for more than 30 days without prior notice
